Salary: $90,000-$110,000 a year – Full Time
The Wilding Brand Manager serves as the key connector between Wilding’s brand marketing, sales, and wholesale distribution teams while leading sponsorships, experiential activations, and partnership programs that drive awareness, brand affinity, and commercial growth across the portfolio.
This role ensures Wilding’s brand strategies and product launches are executed seamlessly across trade, event, and partnership channels, bringing each brand to life through cohesive programming, market execution, and consumer engagement. Success requires cross-functional leadership, creativity, commercial acumen, and strong relationship management with distributors, accounts, and partners.

Job Title: Packaging Technician

Salary: $18-$22 per hour
Looking for a career in the Craft Beverage Industry? Wilding Brands is expanding its team and is seeking a highly motivated, hardworking individual to fill the position of Packaging Technician. The position is full-time, with a full benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and a company matching 401K. The Warehouse Worker plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials, finished beer, and packaging supplies throughout the brewery. This hands-on position involves receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with brewery safety and quality standards.

We are looking for a strong accounting/finance professional to assist with monthly accounting tasks and provide payroll and benefits support. The position is full-time and will be offered a competitive compensation package including benefits. At a minimum, candidates must possess the skills below and be able to thrive in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment. Strong preference given to candidates with prior craft cidery/brewery or food & beverage experience.
